Enjoy a festive reception with heavy appetizers, mingle with fellow open space enthusiasts, and be inspired by stories from our community. Explore tables hosted by our valued partners to learn more about the diverse work that keeps our landscapes thriving.

A silent auction will feature one-of-a-kind, Parks & Open Space–inspired items — a fun way to take home a piece of the places you love while supporting our future.

Accessibility Information

The event will take place in the Chautauqua Dining Hall, which offers two ADA-accessible entrances.

If possible, we recommend that individuals with ADA-Access needs be dropped off on the southwest corner of the Dining Hall. There is a small road to the west of the building that can be used for drop-off and pick-up. We will have a check-in table there for your convenience.

If drop-off is not possible, you are welcome to use either of the two accessible entrances highlighted below.

Entrances

Southeast corner: Access through the porch.
Southwest corner: Access through the banquet tent.

Parking

ADA parking is available throughout the park and is clearly marked on the map.

Inside the Venue

The dining hall includes low seating options for added comfort and an ADA-accessible restroom.
